Love this hole in the wall! No frills, authentic, handcrafted, and fresh! There’s a smoker out back for the 300+ pounds of beef, chicken, pork, and beef tongue that they go through a day.
You will find El Asador in a shack behind the gas station off Davis Hwy. It’s not pretty but it is worth the stop! Our meal was around $10.
