This week’s menu is full of goodies from steak to the comfort foods of tomato soup and a cheesy noodley casserole.
I am guilty of cooking like I am feeding 12 so by Wednesday we are just going to clear out the fridge, cobbling together whatever is leftover from the beginning of the week.
Thursday we will at Codefi in the lovely Marquette Tower for our weekly public beer and wine tasting, and then out for some local fare.
Saturday Tim is cooking! That means we will be going out to dinner 🙂
Our weekend brunch is a real treat! Shrimp and coconut fritters, scrambled eggs, and of course, BUBBLY! Between the two of us, we have four businesses, and two are in start-up. As you can imagine we stay pretty busy so I try to give a treat while we labor away all weekend.
